The Session 
The Session provides tunes in standard notation, ABC notation and mp3s. Easy to search.  Entries often provide very helpful commentary about the tunes as well as links to performances and recordings.

John Chambers' Collection  
This site offers a huge collection of Celtic music.  This meta-search engine is highly effective.  However, don't expect a "pretty" user interface.  It gets the job done.  Search results are returned in multiple formats including ABC notation and Standard notation.
