A clump of vegetation a dry spot in a marsh or swamp
SPRING TIDE
Twice a month during the new moon and full moon the Earth, Moon and Sun align. Their
combined gravitational effects cause the highest and lowest tides in a month.
These semi-monthly extreme tides are called "Spring Tides".
