Upper Potomac Dulcimer Fest
This is a wonderful local festival – actually two. They’ve been at it since 1988 and routinely pull together some of the greatest players of the hammer dulcimer. Concerts and workshops in Harpers Ferry, WV. The three-day weekend spring festival is usually scheduled near the end of March. The three-day fall festival runs during the second weekend in September.http://upmw.smad.us/
